We ask that learners call directly to demonstrate commitment to the learning process. If a potential learner is not able to speak on the phone, you may make the call for him or her. Please note: We are committed to helping all our learners achieve success through literacy. However, some may be tempted to contact us on behalf of another person’s need without their knowledge. We will not contact an unexpected learner; they must contact us for help. While we do understand that you may care for the individual in need, seeking help is a personal decision and it is important that you allow that person to commit themselves as a learner if or when they are ready to do so.
