Tutor Tune Up | Virtual Tutoring & You, and Understanding Digital Equity

Tutor Tune Up will be conducted over Zoom.  A link will be sent to you the day before the Workshops.  We will take 15 minute breaks between sessions, for your comfort and convenience.

Both BL and ESL tutors are encouraged to attend!  Please register today.

Virtual Tutoring and You: A guide to the quirks and challenges of tutoring online. In this workshop, we'll go over things like lighting, backgrounds and how to look and feel as comfortable and professional as possible leading a virtual meeting. This is a two-part workshop: 9-10:15 and 10:30-11:45.

Understanding Digital Equity: Explore and talk about the digital haves and have-nots of virtual tutoring. In this workshop, we will discuss many topics related to DE&I and how they apply to virtual tutoring and our learners.  This workshop will be 12-1:15.
