Lunch and Learn: Language Awareness

Join Jennifer and Kim for a Lunch and Learn!  We'll meet every Monday in April to discuss language awareness and how it can help us better scaffold tutoring and communication with our learners.

Each session will have a slightly different focus and will combine discussion of concepts with a short activity.

• 4/5 - Foundations of Language Awareness
• 4/12 - Plain Language (Written)
• 4/19 - Plain Language (Oral)
• 4/26 - Inclusive Language

You must register to receive the Zoom link as well as the specific pre-reading materials and questions for each session.  You are welcome to register for a single session, multiple sessions, or all sessions.  Note that each session does require a separate registration, though.
