Each quarter, tutors will be asked to submit a report on their tutoring activity for the prior three months. The reports will be sent electronically to all one-on-one tutors and will be available on our website.

Your quarterly updates are very important because it provides Washtenaw Literacy with the information necessary to better serve our learners and tutors, apply for grants and fundraise, and keep our files up to date.

Each quarterly update will collect slightly different information, so it is important that each update is submitted promptly.

The reporting schedule is as follows:

Report Due: Tutoring Activity

September 1st: June 1 – August 31

December 1st: September 1-November 30

March 1st: December 1 – February 28

June 1st: March 1 – May 31
