Effective Communication for Health Care Providers:
Basic Literacy and ESL
Help your staff improve their communication with low-literate and English as a second language patients to increase health outcomes, improve effectiveness, and reduce costs. This fast-paced, interactive session trains participants to identify communication barriers and implement simple improvement strategies.

Help your supervisors improve their communication skills with foreign-born employees to improve effectiveness, productivity, and morale. This interactive session trains participants to identify communication barriers, common mistakes, and hands-on practice with effective communication strategies.

Global Workforce ESL Program
