Starting June 1, Washtenaw Literacy will provide a new program delivery model called "clusters".  In clusters, a tutor will be assigned 2-3 learners with whom they will meet 2 hours per week for 6 months.  The cluster will be formed by staff based on assessment of the learners' skill level, goals/needs and availability.  Only learners who require special accommodations (such as those who are not literate in their first language and/or those who have or are believed to have a disability) will receive a one-on-one tutor. 

Come and learn more about the Cluster Tutoring model, managing group dynamics and tutoring techniques for success.  (Repeat session available on June 18.)
